Here at Salt Road Brewing we think bicycles are pretty neat. Not only are they an environmentally friendly way to get around, but with the wide network of paths and bike lanes throughout our city they might even be an easier way to get to us than your motor vehicle.
If you are traveling to us on two wheels, keep reading below for our recommended safest routes to our brewery from across the city.
From the north the safest path is to navigate to Redwood St. As Redwood passes New Belgium Brewing, it transitions to Linden St. Linden leads you safely across Jefferson St, and directly to the intersection with Old Firehouse Alley, on which we are located.
If you have easy access to the Poudre Bike path, you have easy access to Salt Road Brewing! Follow the Poudre Trail either north or southbound depending where you are located to its intersection with Linden St. Follow Linden a quarter mile south to its intersection with Old Firehouse alley.
If you live in west Fort Collins, we recommend navigating your way to Mountain Ave, which is a lovely ride on a full bike line with a grass median. Make sure you hop up to Laporte Ave before crossing College Ave, where you maintain your bike lane until you reach the intersection with Linden St.
If you live directly south of Salt Road Brewing on the east side of College Ave, we recommend navigating your way to Remington St on which you will travel north. Just before you reach Mountain Ave, we recommend hopping one block east to Matthews St, where it is easier to cross Mountain and continue onto Walnut St to its intersection with Linden St.
If you live west of college in south Fort Collins, that means you have access to the Spring Creek Bike Trail. Take this path northbound to its intersection with the Mason trail, which continues north across Prospect Ave after which you can cross under College ave to Remington St.
