These are fast times we're living in. And if you don't slow down once in a while you might just miss it. That's why we took Root Shoot Genie pale malt, paired it with Troubdaour's Pevec pilsner malt, and some wild and crazy hop combinations to help you kick back, feel the breeze, and enjoy life. As Jeff Spicoli would say, All I need are some tasty waves, some cool suds, and I'm fine.

A feeling, or a state of mind. Like dancing thoughts, this double dry-hopped Double IPA will send your head wheeling into a metal triangle. Troubadour malts do the heavy lifting in the face of so much Citra, Cascade, Chinook, and Centennial hops. So raise your cup to the simple smiles and good times, and try to keep your head about you.

We took our American Wheat Ale and made it dreamy with Honeydew Melon. Root Shoot Malting's Genie pale and white wheat make up the base with an addition of Troubadour Maltings' Encore crystal malt. This beer will have you dreaming of summer in no time.

We have nothing but love for the brewery in North County San Diego, but sometimes it's okay to be a bit disappointed and give beer a retaliatory moniker. "Arrogant Sellout" is NOT for everyone! Over the top malt and hops are balanced with a high ABV, so be cautious when consuming! A generous malt bill from Troubadour Maltings, a heavy dose of Chinook and Ahtanum hops, and fermented with SoCal and English Dry yeast strains from Inland Island. Enjoy, you wuss!

Let's take a walk to a familiar spot. Down a trail you've traversed so many times you could probably do it with your eyes closed. This all-Colorado nut brown ale is that hike in a glass. This malt-forward beer showcases Troubadour's Serenade pale malt and Moonlight Serenade chocolate malt. Willamette hops from Colorado Hop Company add slight bitterness, and the yeast from Inland Island leaves just enough sweetness to keep this beer balanced.

A classic, low-gravity Belgian saison. Root Shoot pilsner, rye, wheat, and Munich malts meld together like friends sitting around an old worn table. A table that's heard all the stories, and knows all the secrets. What memories do you have to share?

The best things come in threes. This Belgian tripel is no exception. Brewed with locally grown Root Shoot pilsner malt, Munich wheat, and honey malts. Accentuated by Colorado Hop Company's Willamette hops, and finished with Inland Island Belgian yeast, this beer will have you flying high. Why "Three Hawks" you ask? I dunno, ask brewer John. He just really digs hawks.

Some beers dimply deserve their own style. Is it an IPA? A Cold IPA? And IPL? This beer refuses to conform. We used Troubdour's Pevec pilsner and Blue Munich malts to provide a strong backbone for the copious amount of Mandarina Bavaria hops that provide pleasant fruitiness with notes of tangerine. We finished the beer with Inland Island lager yeast which makes it one cool customer. Is it David Hasslehoff cool? You decide.

A Colorado Black Lager. Not a Czech Dark Lager because we used Cascade hops from Colorado Hop Company. Not a Schwartzbier because we mashed only the finest pale, caramel, and chocolate malts from Troubadour Maltings right here in Fort Collins. The yeast? A lager yeast from Inland Island Yeast Labs in Denver. This creation is all-Colorado and light like a summer night on the Front Range.

What's better on a hot, sunny, Colorado summer day than a glass of pink lemonade? How about a beer? We combined the two by adding pounds of lemon peel and hibiscus to our base saison. Root Shoot Malting's pilsner and wheat malts provide a slightly sweet backbone, and Chinook hops from Colorado Hop Company provide the bitterness. Round it out with Inland Island Belgian yeast and you've got yourself a perfect summer sipper.
